The wider industry consultation for the Formwork Competence Framework is now live on LinkedIn, and we are encouraging all relevant stakeholders to take part.
This consultation is an important opportunity for employers, supervisors, trainers, and industry professionals to review the proposed framework and provide feedback to help ensure it is practical, robust, and truly reflective of the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required of competent Formworks.
Input from across the sector is essential to:
- Validate the framework against real-world site practice
- Ensure alignment with competence expectations under the Building Safety regime
- Support consistency and clarity in Formwork competence across the industry
