Dedicated Training Support
Dedicated Training Support
CONSTRUCT runs the Concrete Frame Training Forum (CFTF) where members receive and share information of skills, training and qualifications.
The group also provides funding to support members’ training requirements and to help secure greater CITB levy return.
Members help develop new training programmes and standards of concrete-focused topics, which both raise standards and help members claim more grant through CITB.
CFTF also produces specific training guidance documents, including for career promotion, understand the funding landscape, apprenticeships and much more.
CFTF committee meetings are run quarterly and all members can attend. The sessions provide the latest updates on CITB, card schemes, funding, qualification & training development and an opportunity to share best practice between members.
Our Training Officer also provides one-to-one support for members via email, phone and visits to support your businesses training and grant claiming.
