Strategic Priorities

Three-Year Road Map 2025 to 2027

At its core, CONSTRUCT serves as the collective voice of the Concrete Frame and Groundwork Sector, championing innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement while supporting its members’ growth and ambitions, including through valuable networking opportunities.

To reinforce this mission, CONSTRUCT maintains strategic partnerships with key industry bodies such as MPA – The Concrete Centre and the Concrete Society, leveraging their technical expertise, industry assurance, and promotional support to strengthen the sector.

CONSTRUCT has developed five key strategic priorities to focus its efforts and energies on moving the industry forward and providing key support to its members, these aim to drive transformational change and continuous improvement in key areas of industry performance, whilst further underpinning the value proposition to members.

The remainder of this document captures our strategic focus and provides the plan and key commitments towards how we aim to ‘exceed’ our members’ expectations and deliver positive change, whilst we remain flexible to take on any specific requirements from both industry and our members that may fall outside of our focused areas.
